Shipping Method
We partner with professional freight carriers for larger equipment deliveries. These items are typically transported via 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight shipping, our team will reach out to schedule a curbside delivery appointment, so please ensure your phone number at checkout is accurate.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying the order details and successful payment. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link to monitor its journey.
Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll make the necessary changes, provided the order hasn’t shipped.
