Cancellation Policy

At Pro MedSpa Source, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request quickly and smoothly.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. However, our team can guide you through our return process once the item arrives.
