At Pro MedSpa Source, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. That’s why we’ve created a clear and straightforward returns process to help you shop with confidence.

1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. After that window, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you're returning an item because you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Items Arriving Damaged or Not Working
Please notify us within 30 days if your item is faulty or arrives broken. We'll provide a prepaid return label and, once we’ve inspected the returned item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—including your original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?
No problem—returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost (original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense).

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, contact us at support@promedspasource.com.

6. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product and reason for return. Our team will inform you of any applicable fees during the return process.
