What if my item arrives damaged?

We strongly recommend inspecting all packages upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging—even if it’s just the box—please note it when signing for delivery. If you suspect internal damage but can’t inspect the item right away, mark the receipt with “possible damage.”

Should your product arrive damaged, contact us right away at support@promedspasource.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take swift action to arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
