When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage—even just to the box—make a note of it when signing for receipt. If you can’t inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, mark the receipt with “possible damage.” Should any item be damaged, email clear photos to support@promedspasource.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation.
